I help women reclaim their gut health and find balance through yoga and holistic living.
I love nothing more than showing you how yoga and nutrition can transform not just your digestion, but your entire approach to wellness.
For more than a decade, I struggled with unprocessed childhood trauma which lead to feelings of stress, digestive issues, and a constant cycle of being in and out of the hospital with no solution to my constant discomfort. With not one pill left to take, yoga became my sanctuary, helping me to heal from the inside out- and now I’m here to share that transformation with you.
I am a 500 hr certified yoga instructor and integrative nutrition coach, blending movement, nutrition, and gut-friendly habits into practical solutions for real life. But I’m no unicorn- I truly believe that with the right tools and guidance, you can feel amazing in your body too!
